Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis.
Applications
• Electrophoresis, Western Blotting and Immunoprecipitation • Enzymatic Activity • Protein-DNA Interaction • Protein-Protein Interaction • Tissue-Specific Expression Identification
Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
Preparation
Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.
Quality Control
Protein lysate is verified on SDS-PAGE comparing to standard protein lysate. Protein lysate can be validated by Western Blot using GAPDH.
Storage and Stability
For extended storage, keep frozen at -70°C in working aliquots. For continuous use, stored at 2-8°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, sucrose, glycerol, sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
