Total RNAs are available from almost 200 different human adult and fetal normal tissues, human diseased and tumor tissues, as well as mouse, rat, and monkey tissues. Total RNAs are provided ready-to-use for Northern blotting, cDNA synthesis, RNA protection, and RNA differential display. Total RNA isolation is performed using proprietary techniques. Contamination by RNase, genomic DNA polysaccharides, and proteoglycans has been effectively eliminated. The integrity of the total RNAs is assured by checking for a ratio of greater than 1/1 between 28S and 18S ribosomal RNA. We guarantee high efficiency reverse transcription.

Quality Control
1. The integrity of the RNA is examined by visual inspection for the presence of intact bands of 18S and 28S ribosomal RNA when electrophoreses on a denaturing agarose gel. The quality and puiryt of total RNA were tested by spectrophotometer. A260/A280 is 1.8-2.0 (detected in 10mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5). 2. The RNA is treated by DNase I. It is tested as DNA free RNA by PCR.

Storage and Stability
For extended storage, keep frozen at -70°C in working aliquots. For continuous use, stored at 2-8°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
Purity
Total RNA isolated by modified guanidine thiocyanate techniques.
