Simple Protocol
1. Prepare Antibody (~100ug@~1mg/ml) 2. Prepare Desalting Column (Blue Cap), add antibody, centrifuge (2min) 3. Add Antibody to Labeling Column (Clear Cap), vortex, incubate (1hr, dark, RT) 4. Prepare 2 Purification Columns (Red Cap), add labeled antibody, centrifuge (2min) 5. Repeat (add antibody to Purification Column #2 (Red Cap), centrifuge (2min) 6. Flow-through is final labeled antibody, free of unconjugated dye.
