HMT Assay Buffer 2A (4X)
HMT Assay Buffer 2A is optimized for assaying EZH1, EZH2, PRMT1, PRMT3, and PRMT5. This buffer is designed for homogeneous (Alphascreen) assays.
Applications
Suitable for studying enzyme kinetics, and screening small molecular inhibitors of histone methyltransferases for HTS applications in drug discovery
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
