ART2.2 is expressed exclusively by mature T-cells. Levels of ART2.2 expression vary between inbred strains of mice and is absent in NZW mice, in which the ART2.2 gene is deleted (1).
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
Spleen cells from immunized wistar rats were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
