SNRPD3, Recombinant, Human, aa1-126, His-Tag (Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Sm D3, Sm-D3, snRNP Core Protein D3)
SNRPD3 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. It is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
Recombinant corresponding to aa1-126 from human SNRPD3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli.
