HIV-1 Envelope gp120/gp41, Recombinant
This recombinant protein contains immunodominant regions of HIV-1 gp120 and gp41 proteins with a MW of 37.4kD. It is recognized by positive samples in ELISA tests.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Lateral Flow and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
