Recombinant protein corresponding to Gln44~Ile526 from human ATPase, H+ Transporting, Mitochondrial F1 Complex Alpha Polypeptide, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli.
Applications
Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.01% SKL, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM PBS, pH 7.4 to 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex.
