Applications
Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 20mM Tris, 150mM sodium chloride, pH 8.0, 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.01% SKL, 5% Trehalose, Proclin300. Reconstitute with sterile 20mM Tris, 150mM sodium chloride, pH 8.0 to 01-1mg/ml. Do not vortex.
