CXCL1, Recombinant, Mouse (Gro-alpha, MGSAalpha, mKC, NAP-3, GRO1, rCINC, KC) (CXCL1, GRO alpha, NAP-3, GRO1, CINC (rat))
All three isoforms of GRO are CXC chemokines that can signal through the CXCR1 or CXCR2 receptors. The GRO proteins chemoattract and activate neutrophils and basophils.
Recombinant mouse KC is a 7.8kD protein consisting of 72 amino acids, including the 'ELR' motif common to the CXC chemokine family that binds to CXCR1 or CXCR2.
Biological Activity
Determined by its ability to chemoattract total human neutrophil population using a concentration range of 10.0-100.0ng/ml.
