Betacellulin, Recombinant, Human, aa32-111, His-Tag (BTC, Probetacellulin)
BTC (Betacellulin) is a member of the EGF family of growth factors and contains 1 EGF-like domain. It is synthesized primarily as a transmembrane precursor, which is then processed to mature molecule by proteolytic events. This protein is a ligand for the EGF receptor. The effects of BTC are probably mediated by the EGF receptor and other related receptors.
Recombinant corresponding to aa32-111 from human BTC, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli.
