Cellulase (Onozuka R-10), Trichoderma viride
Onozuka R-10

Cellulase (Onozuka R-10) is a multi-component enzyme system derived from Trichoderma viride and contains cellulase, alpha-amylase, hemicellulase, pectinase and protease activities. It is often used in the isolation of plant protoplasts in combination with other enzymes.
