Suitable for use in FLISA (Fluorescent) and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by ion exchange chromatography.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Conjugated to Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Free FITC removed by solid phase adsorption.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Dog IgG and anti-Dog Serum.
