For use in other instruments, look for the “Advanced or Standard” nomenclature. Easy kits are ultra simple and easy to use for users of all experience levels. MasterMix and q16 reaction tubes included

• Target primer/probe mix
• Lyophilized oasig MasterMix
• Lyophilized oasig MasterMix resuspension buffer
• Positive control template
• Internal Extraction control DNA/RNA
• Water
• 50 x genesig q16 reaction tubes

The kit includes lyophilized MasterMix as well as the nucleic acid testing components themselves.
Simply follow the easy 3 step protocol:

1. Re-suspend the kit contents
2. Combine the kit contents with your DNA/RNA
3. Load your sample in to the genesig q16
