Recipe

1. Dissolve 5.3g of Na₂CO₃ in 900ml distilled H₂O
2. Dissolve 4.2g of NaHCO₃ in the solution from step 1
3. Dissolve 1g sodium azide in the solution from step 2
4. Dissolve 5g BSA in solution from step 3
5. Alternatively you can also use 50g non-fat dry milk for blocking solution
6. pH to 9.6
7. Adjust volume to 1L with additional distilled H₂O
