ELISA Blocking Solution Recipe
Recipe
- Dissolve 5.3g of Na2CO3 in 900ml distilled H2O
- Dissolve 4.2g of NaHCO3 in the solution from step 1
- Dissolve 1g sodium azide in the solution from step 2
- Dissolve 5g BSA in solution from step 3
- Alternatively you can also use 50g non-fat dry milk for blocking solution
- pH to 9.6
- Adjust volume to 1L with additional distilled H2O
