Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and Inhibition assays. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended dilutions	Inhibition: 100ug/ml. Preincubate antibody for 15 min. with alpha-2-antiplasmin at 37°C. Measure uncomplexed plasmin with a plasmin substrate. Record optimal density at appropriate wave length. Can be used to quench alpha-2 antiplasmin in a functional assay.
Hybridoma	NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, 1% BSA and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
