Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect AP-2 alpha in nuclei of epithelial cells.
	Immunoblot Analysis: 0.5-2ug/ml of this lot detected AP-2 alpha in 50ug HeLa nuclear extract.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Included Positive Antigen Control	HeLa nuclear extract. Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-10ul of extract and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
