Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Functional Applications. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 Western Blot: 1:2500, detects a band of ~110kD Functional Applications: inhibits the crystallization of SERCA1 ATPase induced by vanadate Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Recognizes rabbit SERCA1 ATPase (sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 1) in human, mouse, canine and rabbit type II (fast) skeletal muscle. Detects a band of ~110kD by Western Blot.
