Recombinant Human Carcinoembryonic Antigen is glycosylated with N-linked sugars and produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells. rHuCEA is a well known tumor marker corresponding to the full length human CEA which is approximately 120kD.

Dimers and Aggregates 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
Storage and StabilityFor long-term storage, add 0.1% HSA or BSA, aliqot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
