Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 0.1-1.0ug/ml
	Western Blot after IP: 1-2ug/ml. Crossreactivity with a ~100kD protein of unknown identity is sometimes observed.
	Immunoprecipitation: 5-10ug. Speci cally immunoprecipitate the ~ 92kD b-Catenin protein from native cell lysates.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Controls	HeLa and A431 lysates.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
