Catenin beta is an adherens junction protein and has a role in the regulation of cell adhesion and in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway. At least 2 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 5ug/500ug of lysate Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
