| Aminopeptidase N (APN) is a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. In the mouse, CD13 is a non-covalently linked homodimer of approximately 150kD subunits expressed by a variety of cells including monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cell and veiled cells. | | | Catalog # | C2264-14B | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. This clone is reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity. C2264-14F (azide free) is recommended for blocking. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. | | Immunohistochemistry: Frozen | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line. | | Recommended Negative Control | I1904-82D1: Rat IgG2a Negative Control | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG2a | | Clone No | 3H1010 | | Host | Rat | | Source | Mouse | | Concentration | ~1mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% sodium azide. | | Purity | Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. | | Immunogen | Mouse intestinal APN | | Specificity | Recognizes mouse APN. | | | Important Note | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
