Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
SP2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Porcine peripheral blood mononuclear cells.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Specificity
Recognizes porcine CD46, a 50-60kD glycoprotein expressed on a wide range of cells including leucocytes, platelets and erythrocytes. Serves as an inhibitor of complement activation on host cells.
