ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1-10ug/ml using Chemiluminescence technique. The antibodies detected proteins of ~63-65kD in rat lens. The same set of bands were detected by anti-MP70.
ELISA: 1:10K-100K using 50-100ng of the control peptide per well.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
