Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipatation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT
	Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control	Jurkat cells. Tonsil or breast carcinoma
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
