Cyclins are regulatory subunits of the cyclin-dependent kinases (cdk), which control transition at different specific phases of the cell cycle. In mammalian cells, cyclin D1 plays a critical role in G1 to S transition. Cyclin D1 is a putative proto-oncogene overexpressed in a wide variety of human neoplasms.

Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Formalin fixed paraffin embedded
