Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified IP
Cyclin D1or PRAD-1 or bcl-1 is one of the key cell cycle regulators, and functions in association with cdk4 and/or cdk6 by phosphorylating the Rb protein. It is a putative protooncogene overexpressed in a wide variety of human neoplasms including mantle cell lymphomas (MCL)
Catalog #C8454-05M
MW of Antigen 36kD
Epitope Not determined
Applications and Recommended DilutionsImmunoprecipitation (Co-precipitates Cdk4) (Native only) (Use Protein A) (Ab at 2ug/mg protein lysate)
Kinase Assay The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the investigator.
Positive Control MAD109 cells.
Cellular Localization Nuclear
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at-20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at-20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
