| Cyclin E1 is a protein (approx. 50 kD) expressed in elevated levels in human tumor cells. It controls the initiation of DNA synthesis by activating cdk2, and expression of cyclin E1 is upregulated by the E7 oncoprotein. | | | Catalog # | C8455-26E | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
