C9097-23D3 represents an excellent marker to discriminate simple epithelia from those of different origin. Tumors specifically detected all adenocarcinoma; mammary carcinoma, urinary bladder carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, cervix carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (Frozen, Paraffin-embedded): 1:10; 1hr at 37°C.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
