Applications
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: Useful for intracytoplasmic staining. Recombinant human IL-3, purified antibody (I7663-39L or I7663-39P) should be used as a specificity control. Flow Cytometry: Recombinant human IL-3, I7663-39N or IgG1, Rat Isotype Control (Biotin)I1904-76U2 should be used as a specificity control. ELISA: Preferred detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human IL-3 protein levels. I7663-39P should be paired with I7663-39L as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant human IL-3 as the standard. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
