| LSP1 is a 52kD leukocyte-specific protein expressed in B cells, T cells, macrophages and neutrophils (1). The protein binds F-actin through its carboxy-terminal actin-binding repeat and regulates cytoskeletal-related cellular movement such as polarization, chemotaxis and locomotion (2–4). LSP1 is a phospho-protein and has been identified as a major substrate of MAP kinase and PKC in lymphocytes and neutrophils (5–7). The phosphorylation is possibly related to its cytoskeletal regulation function. | | | Catalog # | L2030 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
