Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 dilution detected NRAGE/MAGE-D1 in RIPA lysates from PC12 cells. PC12 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with M1750-02 (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate NRAGE/MAGE-D1 in PC12 cells. Immunohistochemistry: Reported to show positive immunostaining for NRAGE/MAGE-D1 on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue permeabilized with Triton X-100. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, before the addition of glycerol to 30%.

Serum

Recognizes rat NRAGE/MAGE-D1, Mr ~90-96kD. |Species Crossreactivity: human and mouse. Not reactive in bovine, rabbit or yeast.
