Recommended Dilutions
Immunohistochemistry: 1:40-1:150 Immunoprecipitation: 1:20-1:60 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

MMP-9 (matrix metalloproteinase 9) from human buffy coats.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.01% thimerosal.
Purity
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human MMP-9. Does not cross-react with collagenases. Cross-reacts very slightly with MMP-2. Species Crossreactivity: marmoset
