Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified B
Pick1 is thought to be involved in the organization and localization of a number of membrane proteins (such as AMPA receptors) containing the PDZ recognition sequence. It has been shown that Pick1 binds phosphoinositide lipids using the Bin/amphiphysin/Rvs (BAR) domain. This step is critical for the targeting function of Pick1, its ability to move AMPA receptors to membrane surfaces and the induction of long-term signal depression.
Catalog #P4130-02D
