Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Serum B IP IC
Catalog #P9400-09
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, IP-kinase assay and Immunocytochemistry.
Recommended DilutionImmunoblot Analysis: This lot of antibody at a 1:2000 dilution detected Pyk2 (RAFTK/CAK-b) in bovine brain cytosolic and PC12 cell RIPA lysates.
Immunoprecipitation: 2.5ul of this lot of antibody immunoprecipitated Pyk2 (RAFTK/CAK-b) from 250ug of PC12 RIPA lysate.
Immunoprecipitation Kinase Assay: Reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Pyk2 (RAFTK/CAK-b) from CMK cell lysates. The immune complex subsequently phosphorylated a poly(Glu/Tyr) substrate peptide in vitro.
Immunocytochemistry: Reported by an independent laboratory to detect Pyk2 (RAFTK/CAK-b) in PC12 cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
