AGPAT5, NT (AGPAT5, 1-acyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase epsilon, 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 5, Lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase epsilon) (AP)
This gene encodes a member of the 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase family. This integral membrane protein converts lysophosphatidic acid to phosphatidic acid, the second step in de novo phospholipid biosynthesis.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Do not freeze alkaline phosphatase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

AGPAT5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic between 27-54 amino acids selected from the N-terminal region of human AGPAT5.
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Contains ~0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase.
