SYTL1, ID (SYTL1, SLP1, Synaptotagmin-like protein 1, Exophilin-7, Protein JFC1)
SYTL1 may play a role in vesicle trafficking (By similarity). It binds phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-triphosphate. Acts as a RAB27A effector protein and may play a role in cytotoxic granule exocytosis in lymphocytes (By similarity).

Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
