TXNL2, NT (GLRX3, PICOT, TXNL2, Glutaredoxin-3, PKC-interacting cousin of thioredoxin, PKC-theta-interacting protein, Thioredoxin-like protein 2)
GLRX3 is a critical negative regulator of cardiac hypertrophy and a positive inotropic regulator (By similarity). May play a role in regulating the function of the thioredoxin system. Does not posses any thyoredoxin activity since it lacks the conserved motif that is essential for catalytic activity.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA

Western Blot: 1:100-500
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
