Technical Data
CTRP3, globular domain, Recombinant, Human (His) (Complement C1q Tumor Necrosis Factor-related Protein 3, Secretory Protein CORS26, C1QTNF3)
Molecular Biology Storage: 4C/-20CShipping: Blue Ice
CTRP3 (C1qTNF-related protein 3) plays an important role in regulating both embryonic cartilage development and postnatal longitudinal bone growth. CTRP3 stimulation leads to ERK1/2-dependent cell proliferation in human osteosarcoma cell lines.

The globular domain of human CTRP3 (aa 113-319) is fused at the N-terminus to a His-tag.
