Description:
The encoded protein catalyzes the last step of the mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation spiral. Unlike most mitochondrial matrix proteins, it contains a non-cleavable amino-terminal targeting signal. [provided by RefSeq]

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1,000
ELISA: 1ug/ml-3ng/ml
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1.5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
