Acid Phosphatase (Potato)
Suitable for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry and Conjugation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:80,000. Assayed against 1ug Acid Phosphatase in standard sandwich ELISA using IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRb (Catalog No: I1904-46Q) and ABTS Stable Liquid Substrate 1.46mM/Liter for HRPO (Catalog No: A0030).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
