Acid Phosphatase (Potato) (Biotin)
Suitable for Western Blot and ELISA.. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:8000-1:32,000.
Assayed against 1ug Acid Phosphatase in standard capture ELISA using Streptavidin (HRP) (Catalog No: S7973-97A) and ABTS Stable Liquid Substrate 1.46mM/Liter for HRPO (Catalog No: A0030).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes Acid Phosphatase. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum as well as puri ed and partially puri ed Acid Phosphatase (Potato).
