The United States Biological ANA Screen ELISA test system is designed to detect IgG class antibodies to a variety of common nuclear antigens in human sera. Wells of plastic microwell strips are sensitized by passive absorption with antigen. Kit Components: All reactive reagents contain sodium azide as a preservative at a concentration of 0.1%. A2298-12K1: Microtiter Plate, 1x96 wells, coated with capture antibody. A2298-12K2: Conjugate, IgG (HRP) Gt x Hu, lambda chain specific, 1x15ml A2298-12K3: Calibrator (Human Serum) CF=0.41, 1x500ul A2298-12K4: Positive Control (Human Serum) 1x350ul A2298-12K5: Negative Control (Human Serum) 1x350ull A2298-12K6: Sample Diluent, 1x30ml (Contains PBS, pH7.2, BSA, Tween-20) A2298-12K7: Wash Buffer, 10X, 1x100ml, (Contains PBS, Tween-20) A2298-12K8: Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), 1x15ml (Contains <15% DMSO) A2298-12K9: Stop Solution, 1x15ml (1M H2SO4, 0.7M HCl) Storage and Stability: Store all components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months, For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. |
