Arg, SH3/SH2 (Tyrosine Kinase Abl-related Gene)
Suitable for use in Western Blot., Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 detects Arg in RIPA lysates from mouse brain cytosol. Mouse brain cytosol was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with A3340-35. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Immunohistochemistry: Reported to detect Arg, in either paraf n-embedded or frozen murine brain sections.
Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate enzymatically active Arg from 100ug mouse brain RIPA lysates.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes murine Arg, doublet, Mr 135 and 140kD. Two non-speci c proteins were also detected at ~Mr 170 and 250kD
