Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot., Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 detects Arg in RIPA lysates from mouse brain cytosol. Mouse brain cytosol was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with A3340-35. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (HRP) and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: Reported to detect Arg, in either paraf n-embedded or frozen murine brain sections. Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate enzymatically active Arg from 100ug mouse brain RIPA lysates. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-46Q: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRb Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
