BCA-225 (BRST-1)
Description:
BCA-225, a 225kD glycoprotein, is secreted by the T47D breast carcinoma cell line. Strong intracytoplasminc staining is seen in primary and metastatic breast carcinoma cell lines, primary and metastatic breast carcinoma tissue and cervical carcinomas.

Application:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin sections): 1:40 or higher for biotin-based detection systems. Incubate 20 mins. at RT. Tissue pre-treatment not required.
Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.

Human breast carcinoma

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
