Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot (ECL): 5ug/ml; Titration is recommended for optimal results in individual systems. Immunohistochemistry (Parrafin): 2.5ug/ml; Pressure cooker antigen retrieval is recommended. Use DAB detection Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 5ug/ml; No pre-treatment needed. Use DAB detection. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Western Blot Controls: Positive: MCF-7 cells Negative: Normal rabbit IgG IHC Controls: Positive: Intestine or human lymph node Negative: Brain tissue (only random cells will stain for Bcl-2) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
