Molecular Weight:

ED50 is approximately equal to 50ng/ml. The biological activity was determined by measuring the dose dependent induction of choline acetyl transferase activity in rat basal forebrain primary septal cultures. A concentration of 50ng/ml is effective for most in vitro applications. The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application.

Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
