CAMK1D, beta Isoform (Calcium/Calmodulin-dependent Protein Kinase Type 1D, CaM Kinase I delta, CaM Kinase ID, CaM-KI delta, CaMKI delta, CaMKI-like Protein Kinase, CKLiK)
Calcium/clamodulin-dependent protein kinase 1D-beta isoform is a novel calmodulin-kinase that exhibits Ca (2+)/CaM-dependent activity. CAM-Kkalpha upregulates CAMK1D-b activity through phosphorylation of its Thr180.

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
