CCR1 (Chemokine Receptor 1, CC-CCR-1)
Description:
Gene Expression Summary: CCR1 is widely expressed, particularly in hematopoietic cells from blood, vessels, and bone marrow. This receptor has also been reported to be expressed in lung, brain, placenta, heart, skeletal muscle, and kidney. ESTs have been isolated from blood, kidney, liver/spleen, lung, placenta, uterus, and vessel libraries.

Application(s):
Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues). Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
