Description: Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR-1, CCR-2A, CCR-3, CCR-4, CCR-5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry/FACS. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:500,000 FACS: 1-3ug/10e6cells/50-100ul Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse spleen cells Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
